Ingredients

1/2 onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 green pepper, finely diced
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
2 tablespoons parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Glaze:

1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a muffin pan and set aside.
Cook onion over medium heat in olive oil for 5 minutes until tender, then cool.
Combine ground beef, green pepper, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and cooked onion. Mix well.
Divide mixture evenly into muffin wells.
